Paddy

Paddy 3/4 lab & 1/4 Chow Female, spayed, current on shots, loving, gentle, loves to play, gets along with other dogs, kids and adults. We are moving and will be in an apartment so we can't take her with us. Jill Hobbs 918-810-5070

Miah

Miah is a 7 month old female.  She is a great little pup that loves people of all ages.  She is housebroken, and up to date on all shots.  She is also spayed.  Contact G.I. Wishes at our e-mail address if interested.

Roxy – 5 yr old Female Pit Bull breed

Roxy is a 5yr. old female Pitt Bull breed. She is an inside dog that is also potty trained and spayed. She enjoys being outdoors playing fetch with a frisbee, belly rubs, and cuddling. She knows basic commands such as sit, shake, and here. She likes people and older kids but not so much other dogs. Roxy is looking for a new home because her owner has become ill and has suffered from post traumatic stress syndrome which has led to alcoholism, nightmares, and extreme health issues. He can no longer care for her but loves her so. Her owner served in the Navy on a Destroyer in Vietnam from 67-68. Thank you all!

Two adult cats need homes quickly – preferable together… they love each other. Their owner had to go into a nursing home for dementia and they are left living in a crate in her son’s garage. Patches (female, 11, spayed) the calico is sweet…she likes to sleep and lick on her brother. She can be skittish around strangers and hide. Her brother, Grumpy (10 year old male) is quite the opposite when it come to a stranger….he will greet and want to be played with. He is very playful.  He loves to get in windows and will knock thing down to sit in a window. He does have his claws. He likes to scratch on his toys and he will scratch on a rug if he does not have a toy to scratch on. He is a lot of joy and gives a lot of joy – they are both healthy.

BOTH ARE GREAT WITH KIDS. TIME IS RUNNING OUT TO FIND A HOME. PLEASE HELP US FIND A GOOD HOME FOR THESE LOVING PLAYFUL KITTIES!

Baxter the Magnificent

Baxter was found downtown OKC near the cattleman’s restaurant starving and searching for food with a buddy in tow! A home was found for his playmate, but now we need a great home for him.  Baxter required about a 4 months stay at the vet to recoup and heal from the ramifications of being on the street, but the entire staff at the vet; to include the trainer loved him dearly!!!! Baxter is happy and healthy now and has resided at a house for quite some time, and is housebroken and house friendly, but the owner is 6 deep in pup dogs, so it is time to find him a family or a friend in a forever home!!!

He does not get along with the Alpha male, and tolerates the other male, doesn’t mind the neighbors male, but wouldn’t put him in a house with male already present in the household. He is also very finicky about people food, we can barely get him to eat a piece of popcorn but he loves cheese.

Fantastic on a harness and loves going for walks

He would be great with a family or an individual.

Texas

Texas is a male 4  y/o yellow lab/great dane whose owner was deployed overseas and had to give him up.  He is currently being boarded at Hammond Animal Hospital and PALS is trying to find him a home.  He is very gentle, sweet natured and an easy walker on a leash.  He hates being stuck in a kennel all day and desperately needs a foster home or forever home.  If you have anyone in mind or can help this guy out, please contact Pet Adoption League (918-365-8725). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bryce

highly intelligent, energetic and takes training very well.  He loves to travel in the car and is crate-trained.  This dog will make a great companion.

Snickers

Snickers is a wolf/rott/lab mix around 45lbs. Year & a half old. Friendly, female, spayed, shots & paperwork.

Sandy

Her story was that she was dumped and she wandered up to a woman who took her in.  The woman was going to be deployed and had no one who was able to take in the dog so she turned her over to a rescue in Oklahoma City.  Sandy was in a shelter and on the schedule to be euthanized unless someone would be able to foster her.  Forever Yours Rescue in Oklahoma City offered to take her into their rescue and cover her medical and spay if someone was able to foster her until she was able to be spayed.  We accomplished this the day before she was scheduled to be euthanized. I have a multiple dog home and she has done well.  She is timid but opens up well to those that show her affection and give her time to open up.  She walks well on a leash as she does not pull and will remain by your side at all times.  She is housebroken and has not had a single accident while in my home. She was underweight when I received her at only 35 pounds.  She has filled out a little bit but is a petite German Shepard as will maybe only reach 50 pounds max.  She had a small amount of separation anxiety and chewed on things but that was only in one day and has no further episodes.  My yard is not fenced in and she will follow me around in my yard and remains by my side.  She will run and play and interact with you in the yard.  She does not bark at people.  She has only barked a handful of times in the three week period.  She also appears to have had puppies but I feel that adds to her laid back demeanor.

Piper

She is about 2-3 months old. Piper is a great girl, she is sweet and playful.  Her father is a Bull Dog and her mother is anAkita.

Annie and Bo

Both puppies are about 6-10 months old.  They were found as strays and are being fostered, however they need forever homes.  Annie and Bo have become very close so if possible it would be nice if they could be adopted together.

Annie and Bo are enrolled in care programs at PetSmart and all vaccinations are up to date.  They are friendly and loving.  Both are very smart and seem to learn very quick.

Two Mommy Cats

These two mommy cats are about 1 year old.  They were strays in the neighborhood and both had a litter of kittens on April 22.  We were successful in finding homes for the 9 kittens they had but unable to find homes for the mommies.  They are very small cats and are litter box trained and very loving and affectionate.  They “talk” and crave lots of petting and attention.  We would keep them ourselves but we have 3 cats including one who is diabetic and needs twice daily injections.  We are looking for good homes for these cats.

BenGerman

This is a picture of BenGerman. He is a Labrador/German shepherd mix that is less than a year old. I acquired him outside of Walmart around the latter part of Dec, the earlier part of Jan. I was told that he was born in Oct. or Nov. He has his shots (Record will be provided), but is not neutered. BenGerman is crate trained and will sit on command, but since he is still a puppy, he needs further training.

We are trying to find a suitable home for Ben because we are leaving to go to Georgia and cannot take him with us. It is our preference that he go to someone that will love him and give him the time and attention that he needs. He is a very smart dog and will make an excellent companion for a vet.

Sam

Sam is in need of home as quickly as possible but she needs a place where she can run and not be kenneled very much. She is not used to being crated for any length of time so that would be difficult on her. She is awesome, and I would keep her if I could but I cannot for the same reason as my son. She is loving, playful and if she wasn’t a pit, everyone would want her…people just don’t understand the breed.

Dax

Dax is my friends dog and she is moving into her daughters/son-in-laws home in AZ and cannot keep him. He is a wonderfully, loving 2 year old pup that would be a wonderful addition to your home.

Gus

Gus was dumped at the Sonic in Sand Springs. He was rescued from Animal Control and is now in need of a foster home or permanent home.
Gus is a Labrador/Catahoula mix and is about 6 months old. He has been completely vetted and neutered by his rescuer and is currently being boarded at a veterinary clinic.

Minnie

Minnie is, I think, a Chihuahua and Terrier mix, approximately 3-4 years old.

She would really be good in a home where she would receive lots of attention but probably would not be good around kids.  She is a little spitfire with loads of energy and personality; loves to play.

Lielu – 3-year old Collie

Needs a permanent home, or a foster home until we can find a forever home for her.

Flex – 1 1-month old Lab/shepherd mix

Flex needs a foster or forever home.

Bella – Grey-hound-Terrier mix

Age is approximately 18 months, Female. Spayed, and current on all Vet care. Crate trained and housebroken. Very dog and cat friendly, and very lovable. Bella is about 25 lbs. Current Foster-Rob Wheeler. Cell # 918-688-2709.
